Shipping, Handling, and Processing Policy

  • Orders placed on InkJetters.com for $299.00 or greater (pre-tax) will ship nation-wide, ground at no cost.
    • (Excludes: shipments to Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories, expedited shipments, equipment sales, parts orders, any service-related purchases, and international shipments)
  • Orders placed on InkJetters.com for less than $299.00 (pre-tax) will incur shipping charges. 
    • (Excludes Pick-up Orders)
  • Orders placed through an Ink Jetters representative for $350.00 or greater (pre-tax) will ship nation-wide, ground at no cost. 
    • (Excludes shipments to Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories, expedited shipments, equipment sales, parts orders, any service-related purchases, and international shipments)
  • Orders placed through an Ink Jetters representative for less than $350.00 (pre-tax) will incur local delivery charges or shipping charges (applied on a per-order basis). 
    • (Excludes Pick-up Orders)
  • All truck loads, LTL shipments, and/or palletized goods including equipment purchases will incur freight delivery charges.
  • All International Shipments will incur a transport fee to the freight forwarder, shipping and/or freight charges, at customers expense. 
  • Shipping Time: INK JETTERS stocks items for immediate shipping. Orders for custom or out-of-stock items may take longer to ship. If your order is time-sensitive, ask your INK JETTERS Customer Service Representative for assistance.

  • Any ground shipment orders over $299.00 pre-tax when the order is placed on InkJetters.com.

  • Due to fluctuations in raw materials and energy costs, prices may change without notice.

    • Some products are excluded from promotions due to manufacturer imposing minimum resale pricing restrictions. Ask your INK JETTERS Customer Service Representative for more details. 

Return Policy for Stock & Non-Stock items

    • All sales are FINAL. Returns and refunds are not accepted 
    • Be advised all inks have expiration dates. If you have any ink concerns or issues, we must be notified within 10 days of the delivery date.
    • Prices are subject to change.

    Warranties

    • It is the BUYERS responsibility to notify INK JETTERS within 24 hours of a suspected defective product, no later than 10 days after product receipt. Claims related to defective material will be filed directly to the appropriate manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms. INK JETTERS will contact the manufacturer and initiate the claim process. INK JETTERS offers no extended warranties beyond the manufacturer's warranties unless otherwise stated on the final invoice. Under no circumstances shall INK JETTERS be held liable for labor costs incurred from defective products.

    Fees

    • Credit Cards transactions greater than $5000.00 will incur a 3.25% processing fee.
    • All equipment purchases processed on a credit card incur a 3.25% processing fee.

    Payment Terms

    • Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express are welcome.
    • Payment for purchases made outside of the United States must be sent via Wire Transfer. Please contact an INK JETTERS Customer Service Representative for assistance. 

    Billing Terms

    • Payment is due at checkout. 
    • Payment must be received for items to ship.

    Your payment remittance needs to include specific information to avoid delays in processing and posting payments. A copy of the invoice should be sent in the payment envelope along with the BUYER’S contact information. If this is not possible, the remittance detail needs to include the invoice date, as well as INK JETTERS’s invoice/credit memo number for every item related to the payment. Additionally, we receive Zelle, ACH, and Wire Transfers. Please contact our Billing Department for details at (786) 776-7170 Option 4.

    Credit Card Chargeback

    Any chargeback filed will result in the account being halted until the chargeback is cleared. BUYER should contact Accounting at (786) 776-7170 option 4 before filing any chargebacks. The account will be responsible for any fees if the chargeback is found in INK JETTERS’s favor. Furthermore, that account will be terminated.     NSF Checks 

    There is a $35.00 fee for NSF checks.

    Sales Tax

    INKJETTERS, INC. SALES AND USE TAX POLICY STATEMENT

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: The amount of tax and shipping added to your order depends on where you have asked for the product to be shipped as well as on which products and/or services you’ve chosen to purchase. Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state’s Department of Revenue website.

    INKJETTERS, INC COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have a physical presence.
    INKJETTERS, INC DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state where it DOES NOT have a physical presence because INKJETTERS, INC. is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.

    FOR OUR TAX-EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: INKJETTERS, INC. DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file for the corresponding state. If we are shipping into a state where INKJETTERS, INC. has a physical presence, a current tax-exempt certificate will be required for that state.
