What payment methods are accepted at your store?

We accept most Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express are welcome.

Payment for purchases made outside of the United States must be sent via Wire Transfer. Please contact an INK JETTERS Customer Service Representative for assistance.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

INK JETTERS stocks items for immediate shipping. Orders for custom or out-of-stock items may take longer to ship. If your order is time-sensitive, ask your INK JETTERS Customer Service Representative for assistance.

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased from your online store?

All sales are FINAL. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to notify INK JETTERS within 24 hours of a suspected defective product, no later than 10 days after product receipt. Claims related to defective material will be filed directly to the appropriate manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.

Be advised all inks have expiration dates. If you have any ink concerns or issues, we must be notified within 10 days of the delivery date.
